Course description:
The organization's learning manager has an important role – to improve employees’ and managers’ performance in the organization, thereby improving the organization’s performance and contributing to business results.
The learning manager’s role includes professional, operational and business aspects and over recent years has been considered one of the most significant positions in human resource management, constituting a critical function in the organization’s talent management process.
In this course, we learn about the role of the training manager in the definition of the organization’s learning concept & strategy, analysis of learning needs, design learning solutions , management of an annual learning budget, development of learning and training tools, execution of learning programs and measurement and evaluation of the learning effectiveness, both at the organizational level and at the level of the functional unit. In the course, we emphasize the significant changes in the new age job market and how these changes affect the role of the organization's learning manager.
In this course, benchmark data will be presented, as well as the results of leading research in the learning and development of employees and the contribution to the creation of a positive employee experience and the strengthening of employee engagement & retention
