Ruty Levy, leading consultant and lecturer at the College of Management. Ruty has more than 20 years of experience in senior management roles, among them:

such as: 
establishment of global learning centers, implementation of LMS systems, launching advanced learning technologies & methods, definition and implementation of -KPI’s for training effectiveness and ROI, implementation of processes and advanced methods for management of global learning projects and more.

Ruty has extensive experience and expertise in the following subjects:

  • Establishment and management of an organizational academy/ in-house training center in large global / international and Israeli companies
  • Developing annual learning programs and management of learning budgets of tens of millions of dollars a year
  • Management of a profitable learning center (P&L), with high profits from training of clients and business partners

Work processes

At this stage, we assess the learning needs on three different levels – organization, unit, or job role, to provide an effective learning plan to a defined business challenge. Upon completion of this stage, we will provide a list of required learning contents and a primary, high-level learning plan.

At this stage, we design and plan the learning solution, including target audience, subjects to be covered, methods, trainers and the project’s requirements in terms of schedule, budget, content and resources. The product delivered at this stage is a detailed report of the recommended learning solution.

At this stage, we collect, improve and develop learning materials in accordance with the learning methods defined in the program. Upon the completion of this stage, we will have in our possession all the learning materials required for the execution of the learning solution in accordance with the plan.

At this stage, we search for learning suppliers, experts and trainers for the execution of the learning program; or alternately and following the organizational strategy, we train content experts from the organization to be certified as organizational trainers (TTT- Train The Trainer). We provide all planning and arrangements required for the execution of the training in accordance with the program and the organizational needs.

 

 

At this stage, we evaluate the learning results at several levels, in accordance with the plan. We measure the participants’ satisfaction immediately upon completion of the learning process and we measure learning effectiveness several months after the execution of the program, in order to continuously improve and achieve the learning objectives defined during the planning stage.
