Can the tools, methods, skills and techniques that have always constituted a crucial basis for the engineering world significantly contribute to the work of human resource personnel and organizational consultants? We answer these questions.
We all understand that the vision of human resource personnel and organizational consultants is to assist in the achievement of the organization’s business, operational and financial goals, by leading organizational processes and changes, improving management skills,implementing training & certification programs for job roles, creating an organizational culture and more. The tasks performed by human resources personnel are often ‘projects’: complex and multi-system tasks that require planning and execution skills and monitoring of resources, content, budgets and schedules. Some of these tasks have a high uncertainty coefficient and therefore require knowledge in risk management.
In this course, you will have the opportunity to look into the project management world, understand what is involved and how project management skills can serve you in your tasks in human resource management and organizational consulting, whether you are leading or taking part in any organizational process or not.

In this course, you will be exposed to basic concepts in project management.
You will learn what defines a project and its stages,
you will be exposed to the various fields of knowledge in project management, understand basic principles in effective project planning and monitoring,
you will be equipped with practical tips, tools, and methods that will help you lead organizational tasks in a professional and efficient manner.

During our sessions, the main fields of knowledge in project management will be presented and students will be exposed to examples, methods and practical tools that will help them manage projects in the human resource and organizational consultation fields.
